Indulge in a unique evening together with our "Tacos and Tonk" date night cooking class– a hands-on culinary adventure that promises to spice up your night and leave your taste buds singing!

Step into our vibrant kitchen, where you and your cooking partner will learn to craft your own corn tortillas from scratch. Under the guidance of our expert chefs, you'll mix, roll, and press your way to the perfect tortilla, unlocking the secrets to achieving that authentic, mouthwatering flavor. Immerse yourselves in the savory world of pork al pastor and chipotle lime shrimp fillings, as you learn the techniques to marinate, roast, and assemble these delectable taco masterpieces. Discover the harmony of flavors as you layer succulent meats with fresh, crisp ingredients to create tacos that will be the best in town.

But the fun doesn't stop there! Our culinary adventure extends to the world of salsas, where you'll create two sensational varieties that will add the perfect zing to your tacos. From smoky and spicy to fresh and tangy, these homemade salsas will elevate your culinary skills to new heights.

As the evening progresses, the option to cap off your culinary escapade with a visit to The Blockhouse Bar’s honky-tonk live music night awaits you. Immerse yourselves in the lively local music scene and twirl around the dance floor for a perfect ending to your unforgettable date night.
